How to return or exchange items
We understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right, be it the size, colour or personal taste. Whatever the reason, if we haven’t met your expectations we will happily exchange or refund any item as long as it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All we ask is that it is still in as beautiful condition as it was when you received it. We strongly recommend that you send the item back to us via recorded delivery as we can’t be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item within the 14 day period.
If you’d like to exchange the item for a different size please email us with your order details and required exchange within two days of receipt. We’ll check if it’s in stock and if it isn’t we’ll let you know how long the wait will be and you can decide if you’re happy to wait, if not we’ll issue a refund upon receipt of the return. Goods are returned to Silver Sense at your expense but we’re happy to send your exchange back out to you free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery.
If you’d like a refund please let us know by email within two days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the order. We make sure all Silver Sense products are checked thoroughly before we send them to you. We want everything to be perfect for you and as such will only accept returns that are perfect back. On receipt of the goods you will receive a refund (minus the postage/shipping costs and any gift box costs), it varies depending on card issuer and can take up to 10 working days to credit into your account.
When sending item(s) back to us please use the original Silver Sense envelope with the returns label provided, also don’t forget to enclose the completed returns form that was sent with your original order.
If your items are damaged when you receive them please inform us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this issue for you.
