How to place an order
Once you have selected the items that you’d like to buy and you’re happy with the sizes and quantity that you’d like click ‘add to shopping bag’. At the checkout stage you’ll have the option to review what you’ve selected and make sure you’re happy with the contents of your shopping bag. Once you’re ready to go ahead with your order you’ll be asked to select both delivery and payment options, for detailed delivery and payment information please see below.
If after ordering you change your mind, we are happy to accept cancellation of your order by email, as long as you let us know within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the order has already been dispatched then once you have received your order we will ask you to follow the returns and refund process.
We are happy to accept payment via all major credit and debit cards detailed here:
Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Maestro and Switch
Once you have selected the payment option and confirmed your order you will be directed to a secure payment page. The card issuer will perform all the necessary verification checks. We will ship your lovely goodies once payment has been received and send you an email to let you know that they’re on their way. If for whatever reason your card is refused we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay.
All our prices include VAT at 20% where applicable, we are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.
Gorgeous gift wrapping
Olivia the Duckling loves pretty parcels so she ensures every order is hand wrapped in our bespoke tissue paper and ribbon and then sent to you in our special Silver Sense bags. For something or someone extra special we can post your order out to you in one of our delightful gift boxes, just add this as an option when you place your order.
